Online/phone orders will be accepted up to four hours before curtain for each performance. Credit card and transaction fees will apply to online/phone purchases.

  • Ticket Prices
    Unless specified otherwise, ticket prices are $18, including state and local taxes.  There is an additional fee (charged by Brown Paper Tickets) for online purchases.  We offer $2 discounts for students, seniors (62+), and groups of 10 or more.  There is a limit of one discount per ticket (in other words, a group of 10 seniors will only receive one $2 discount per person).
  • Ticket Policy

    Due to limited seating, THEATRE ALLIANCE is unable to accept reservations without a ticket purchase or Sixpix reservation. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

    Because of this policy, we have provided several ways to ease your ticket-purchasing experience.

    Although you can always buy at the door at the time of the performance if seats are available, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you reserve your ticket purchases in advance, as seating is limited and choice seats/performances tend to go fast.

    Ticket reservations for non-season members (Online/Phone)

    Non-season members may make reservations at any time with a credit card on a secure website provided by our online ticket service vendor (Brown Paper Tickets). Credit card and transaction fees apply.

    If you prefer to buy tickets over the phone, please call 800-838-3006, any day, any hour to speak to a live ticket representative. Pre-show sales end 4 hours before curtain time.

    Please note that, even if sales are closed, we will sell tickets at the door, if available, 30 minutes before each performance is scheduled to begin (see below).

    Online ticket transactions will receive an email confirmation upon completion of each transaction.

    Unless we cancel a show/performance, purchased tickets are not refundable. If you wish to exchange your tickets for a different performance of the same production, we will try to accommodate you based on availability, provided that you call us at 336-723-7777 at least 4 hours before the performance for which you have reservations. If this is not possible, please consider your ticket purchase a tax deductible donation. We will send you a letter to that effect upon request.

    In the event of the cancellation of a show or a particular performance of a show (e.g., due to bad weather), please contact Brown Paper Tickets for a refund if you purchased the ticket online or through the 1-800 call center. If you purchased tickets directly from Theatre Alliance at the box office, please contact us at 336-723-7777 to arrange for a refund due to our cancellation.

    SixPix [formerly “Flexpass”] reservations (Email/Phone)

    Season members (SixPix holders) can reserve tickets by completing our reservation form online, or by leaving a message at 336.723.7777.

    Please do not call the 800 number listed above. They are not familiar with SixPix and cannot accommodate you.

    We will book your seats for you.

    We will send an email confirmation of your reservation.

    Please bring your SixPix card to the box office to be punched at the time of your performance.

    At the Door

    The box office opens 30 minutes before showtime.

    You may pay for tickets at the door with cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard, if seats are available.

    If seats are sold out for a performance, we will try to save you a trip by updating this website to indicate that the show is sold out. However, even if tickets are available for sale at the door, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to get one, and highly recommend that you reserve in advance.

    The house opens for you to take your seats about 30 minutes before showtime.

  • Special Accomodations
    Brown Paper Tickets is unable to accommodate seating for patrons who require use of a wheelchair or scooter instead of a fixed seat.  To arrange special needs seating, please call 336-723-7777, our local phone number, and leave a message.  By working directly with you, our box office can ensure that our patrons with disabilities, and their guests, are well-served.
